The "2018 Milan Design Week - Excellent Exhibition of Chinese University Teachers and Students Designings" jointly organized by the organizer of Milan Design Week in Italy and the China Education International Exchange Association, recently exhibited at the Polytechnic University of Milan and Hubei University. After screening by experts at home and abroad, the four student works directed by Ren Xuemei, the art school of our school, were selected. Among them, Chen Anyue’s "Essence of Eighty-Five-Walls" and Ding Yani's "The Dry Lotus" won the Excellence Award, Wu Qianru's classmates The return to happiness - the lily of the valley weaving lamp" and Huang Yiqi's "leaf screen" works won the finalist award, and our school also won the outstanding organization award. The exhibition received more than 3,000 submissions from more than 200 art colleges including China Academy of Art, Southeast University and Nanjing Art College. The competition consisted of three awards, including the Academy Award, the Excellence Award and the Finalist Award. Selected, 45 college awards, 97 merit awards, 161 finalists and 50 outstanding organizational unit awards.
