On the morning of July 12th, the Art School held a safety meeting for students staying on campus during the 2024 summer vacation in Room 1306. Chen Guoqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Art School, counselors Jiao Menglu, Jing Yan, Sun Yuchen, and all students staying on campus during the summer vacation attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Jiao Menglu and Sun Yuchen conveyed and deployed the key matters for both graduate and undergraduate students staying on campus, including accommodation safety, research safety, logistical services, and relevant rules and regulations for staying on campus during the vacation.

Subsequently, Chen Guoqiang emphasized that students must abide by rules and regulations during their stay on campus during the summer vacation and strictly prohibit the use of illegal electrical appliances in dormitories to prevent potential safety hazards. At the same time, he required every student to strictly follow the school's system to complete daily check-ins and jointly maintain campus safety. Finally, he hoped that students would make good study and work plans during their stay on campus and have a fulfilling and enjoyable vacation.
